BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 4000 block of Shallowford Road, being on the northwest line of Shallowford Road southwest of Cromwell Road. Lot 1, block F, Cromwell Estates, as shown by plat of record in plat book 20, page 83, ROHC, and an unplatted tract; being the properties described as Parcel 6, Tract 1 (except the east 92.8 feet of the north 181 feet of said Tract 1), and Parcel 6, Tract 2, in deed book 2980, page 494, ROHC. Tax Map No. 137L-A-3. from R-1 Residential Zone and R-2 Residential Zone to M-2 Light Industrial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. No access to Caine Lane. 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3.
